Orlando, FL Theme Parks Rise Prices

Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando raised the one-day, one-park tickets from $71 to $75 for ages 10 and over and from $60 to $63 for ages 3 to 9. Disney also raised the price of its multi-day passes. A 7-day unlimited-access to all its parks rose to $228 for adults and $193 for children. Universal's 7-day, 3-park-access tickets are $99.99 when purchased in advance online. SeaWorld raised its basic daily admission price to $69.99.

Sports Museum of America in New York, NY

Visitors can experience a National Hockey League puck coming at 120 mph or step on a simulated NASCAR racktrack at this musuem. This 45,000 square-foot museum is housed in 3 floors of a Lower Manhatten building. It contains more than 600 artifacts, 1,100 photos and more than 2 dozen interactive exhibits. Located at 26 Broadway, it is open from 9 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week. Admission is $27 for adults, $24 for seniors and students and $20 for children 4-14. Other companies offering gas credit is Hyatt Regency, Loews Hotels, Boutique Personality Hotels in San Francisco and the Hotels.com and Expedia.com websites.
